Helen oversees the sales associates and staff providing them with the daily support and assistance needed. Her duties also include sales training, technical assistance andthe management of all incoming and outgoing transferees. SUE PHILLIPS -SETTLEMENT/FISCAL ADMINISTRATORSue oversees all financial aspects of the office and processes all necessary paperwork for settlements. BROOKE MCCAULEY - ERA FRONT DESK & APPOINTMENT COORDINATORBrooke directs day to day phone calls and coordinates all of our listing appointments. She also input all our advertising and activity data CARYLE PHILLIPS - LISTINGS, ADVERTISING & MARKETING COORDICarlye coordinates all of our property advertisements and inputs and updates all of our listings in the MLS system. ANDREA MARTIN - LISTINGS, ADVERTISING & MARKETING COORDIAndrea coordinates the marketing materials for all our properties including the websites. CINDI MARTIN - RENTAL ADMINISTRATOROur rental department (IPM) is separate from our real estate company and is managed by Cindi Martin along with Sharon Staib who oversees all aspects of our rental properties. SHARON STAIB - RENTAL MANAGERwho oversees all aspects of our rental properties and staff. AMBER GIANNINI - RENTAL RECEPTIONISTAmber directs day to day phone calls & coordinates all rental problems and concerns
